2. Scope of Services & SLA
Anter provides agent execution infrastructure, API endpoints, and evaluation workflows. Availability targets and maintenance windows are managed under applicable plan terms.
3. Developer Accounts & Security
You are responsible for credentials, API keys, and downstream actions initiated through your configured agents and integrations.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of prompts, tools, configurations, and outputs.
- Anter retains ownership of platform software, brand assets, and operational systems.
5. Acceptable Use & API Conduct
Prohibited usage includes abuse, malware operations, unauthorized scanning, harassment, and bypassing platform controls.
6. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Refund policies apply per plan terms and local law.
7. Non-Deterministic Output Disclaimer
Model outputs are probabilistic. You are responsible for guardrails, verification, and human approval for sensitive actions.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Services are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law, with liability and indemnification terms defined in the governing agreement.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Terms are governed by the applicable law stated in the agreement and enforced through the designated venue.
