2. Information We Collect
We collect account/profile data, agent configurations, evaluation assets, encrypted API credentials, and runtime telemetry required to operate the platform.
- User details and organization account data.
- Agent prompts, routing rules, tools, and test/evaluation definitions.
- Encrypted LLM/API keys and integration secrets.
- Runtime traces for reliability, cost, and debugging telemetry.
3. How We Use Information
Data is used to execute your configured workflows, route to selected model providers, provide observability/evaluation features, and maintain platform integrity.
4. Third-Party Routing & LLMs
Agent execution can send payloads to the model providers you configure. Anter does not use your prompts, run logs, or configurations to train internal foundation models.
5. Encryption & Security Architecture
- AES-256-GCM encryption for secrets at rest.
- Tenant isolation and sandboxed execution boundaries.
- TLS for data in transit between clients, Anter, and providers.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Standard runtime logs are retained for a limited period for diagnostics, then pruned on a rolling schedule. Workspace deletion triggers permanent deletion workflows.
7. Your Rights & Choice
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or deletion of personal data. Requests are handled through verified compliance workflows.
